Latest Chicago Sun-Times Column

My latest column ran in the Chicago Sun-Times this morning. The books included are:

• Dean Koontz' Life Expectancy
• Janet Evanovich's Metro Girl
• Richard Aleas' Little Girl Lost
• Richard Stark's Nobody Runs Forever
• Max Allan Collins' The Road to Purgatory
• Jeffery Deaver's Garden of Beasts

They were all entertaining reads, although I was particularly impressed by the Koontz book, one of the best things I've read all year.
